The Zone have an adult fitness class which has been moved online during Lockdown. Every Wednesday at 7pm.
Only £8 for 4 weeks per household (that works out at £2 each class)
A fantastic exercise class that mimics everyday movements, run by our qualified instructor James Bourne.
