Spooky season is officially here and with Halloween getting closer by the day, kids in Biddulph have been invited to take part in a free event next week.
A Halloween trail is being held at Biddulph Grange Country Park from Monday 25th - Sunday 31st October, and all have been invited to take part.
The trail will be ideal for children and will take place at the Hideaway Café at Biddulph Grange Country Park.
The event is being organised by Biddulph Town Council.
A spokesperson said: "This half term why not head down to the Hideaway Cafe at the Biddulph Grange Country Park and take part in the free trail?
"Call in to the café to collect your trail sheet, take a walk around the park ticking off the images as you find them, then call back to the café for some sweets and entry into a free prize draw to win some vouchers.
"There will be colouring and activity sheets at the café for your children to take part in.
"The trail is free and parking is free at the Biddulph Grange Country Park not at the Biddulph Grange Gardens.
"The trail is aimed at young children .There are six images to find - they will all be in main paths and not by water. There are free toilets at the Visitor Centre.
"Please remember to keep your children with you there are areas of deep and cold water.
"The Biddulph Country Park is a woodland area and so has very uneven terrain with tree roots, it is not suitable for those with limited mobility/wheelchairs//mobility scooters and certain types of pushchair.
"The area is open and free for all to use all year round and is popular with dog walkers."
