In the latest of our Trusted Contributor articles, Cathy Cooper congratulates Biddulph's Jackie Williams on her three-year weight loss journey.

Local retired teacher Jackie Williams has not only lost over three stone with her Saturday Slimming World group at Biddulph High School, but has maintained her weight loss for over three years. She achieved her group's Diamond Member of the Year award this week.

Jackie commented that planning, shopping and cooking the Slimming World way has become her "way of life" and has been crucial in attaining and maintaining her fabulous, life-changing weight loss.

Jackie recently contacted Slimming World head office to praise her current Slimming World consultant, Cathy, and said: "We have a fantastic supportive consultant who has been growing our 8am group into a thriving community - this is a shout out for my consultant Cathy. On behalf of myself and our core group of members. I hope that you will let her know how much we appreciate her knowledge, expertise and empathy".
