A new scheme is encouraging Biddulph residents to support their local High Street by entering them into a free prize draw when they go into the town's shops.

The Love Your High Street scheme has been organised by Biddulph Town Council to incentivise residents to support the town's independent shops.

The scheme starts on Monday (14th February) and runs until Sunday, February 22nd.

During this time, residents can fill out a form in participating Biddulph shops to be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win vouchers to spend on the High Street.

A spokesperson for Biddulph Town Council said: "Biddulph Town Council is running a 'Love Your Local High Street' promotion, supporting High Street independent traders with a free prize draw.

"So how does it work? Simply complete the contact slips found in participating businesses and post them in the black boxes in the shop.

"This enters you into a prize draw for your chance to win a High Street voucher that you can choose to spend in your choice of any participating business on the High Street.

"Your name and number will be securely destroyed and not shared or used for any other purposes."
