A Biddulph Slimming World organiser has sent out a message of thanks after a helpful local residents helped her retrieve her sign.

Cathy Cooper, from Biddulph Slimming World, said her A-frame sign had been taken from its usual location off Tunstall Road.

However, she was able to retrieve it after a local resident contacted her to let her know that it had been dumped in an alleyway near St John's Road.

Cathy contacted Biddulph Nub News to share her message of thanks to the local resident for helping her recover the sign.

She said: "I just wanted to thank the kind person who messaged me late last night to let me know that my A-frame had been removed from Tunstall Road and was in an alley way off St John's Road - it is now safely back home!"

It's always great to see acts of kindness like this taking place so often in Biddulph!
