Budding performers in Biddulph will have the chance to hone their skills at a local theatre group's performing arts workshop this week.

Staged are hosting a workshop at Biddulph Town Hall tomorrow (Wednesday 3rd August) open to all ages.

The workshop costs £10 and will cover all areas of the performing arts, culminating in a small performance to be performed at a fundraising event this weekend.

The fundraiser is also taking place at the town hall on Saturday 6th August from 2pm - 4pm, with tickets costing £4. There will also be a £1 raffle.

A spokesperson for Staged said: "Would you or your child like to perform at this event? Book onto our workshop where we will devise and rehearse a short performance."

The workshop will provide the chance to:

  • Devise and Rehearse
  • Get creative
  • Play games
  • Craft
  • Have fun!

They added: "This workshop is open to all departments and ages; acting, dance, lighting and sound. Get in touch today to book your place!

"Also at the fundraising event you will find local projects holding a stall such as Biddulph Local People's Project, Sassy Songbirds, Staged Members and Biddulph Perform group."
