Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them after a bike was stolen from Biddulph town centre.

Police were called to Biddulph High Street on Sunday, July 12th, to reports that a bike had been stolen outside the Lai Wah Chinese takeaway.

It is thought that the bike was taken between 4.30pm and 10pm.

PCSO Stephen Sherratt, of Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team, has now put out an appeal for information.

He said: "The bike is described as a Spirit Hybrid Mountain Bike with 20" wheels.

"The frame is Blue and black in colour.

"If you have seen anything during the time or have come across the bike, please call Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident 88 12/07/2020."
