Biddulph's second ever twilight market is due to take place on Friday and a long list of varied and wonderful traders has been revealed.

Nub News was in attendance at the first twilight market last month and it was a great event with a wide variety of stalls and live music.

The market is held in the evening to give people the chance to attend who would be unable to do so if the market was held in the day due to work commitments.

And this month's market is extra special as it also marks the start of the Biddulph Festival, which will carry on all throughout July.

The market is taking place on Friday at Biddulph Town Hall from 3.30pm - 7.30pm.

A spokesperson for Biddulph Town Council said: "We are very excited about this Friday's second Twilight Market!

"We have a really great trader lineup, hot food, more food stalls inside, children's games, free books, free refreshments, and fabulous local young local singer Gracie Radulovic.

"We hope you can continue to support this event. With something for everyone, we start at 3.30pm here at the Town Hall and on the front, we hope you can join us either straight from school, after a day out, or after work.

"Come alone, with your family or friends. Everyone is welcome! With plenty of opportunities to shop and relax, ready for the beginning of the weekend. Come and support local traders and enjoy nighttime in Biddulph."
