This permanent, full-time role will pay £22,000 - £23,500 per year.

"Are you an administrator with a supply chain or distribution background with excellent Excel skills?
"We are recruiting for an Assistant Planner to work for a global manufacturer based in Biddulph Moor.
"This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with a salary up to £23.5k working office hours Monday to Friday.
"You must have your own transport to get to site and willingness to travel to other sites if required.
"As Assistant Planner you will support the Senior Planner in all aspects of planning for the manufacture of sub assembly and finished goods.
"You will work closely with customer service, production and logistics departments to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
You will support in developing a detailed, time based production schedule, supply the production team with plans and works order ensuring necessary labour, materials and capacity are available to meet demands.
"You will identify any bottlenecks and resolve any issues to prevent delay in the shipment of goods.
"Regular reports will be produced as part of this role for senior management teams.
It is essential you have previous administration experience from a fast paced manufacturing environment with some supply chain or distribution knowledge ideally.
"Good IT skills are required with an advanced level of Excel and some experience using an ERP system.
"Any previous knowledge of reading and understanding manufacturing drawings would be advantageous.
"You must be resilient, a natural problem solver with an organized and proactive approach to your work."
