An all-ages outdoor theatre is coming back to Biddulph for the first time in almost two years.

Folksy Theatre, will come to Biddulph to perform two open air shows.

Both will be held at the gorgeous Biddulph Grange Gardens.

The first will be based on European fairytale Little Red Riding Hood, entitled Little Red and the Big Bad Wolf.

The Biddulph performance will be on Saturday, August 7 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The second will be Shakespeare's 1611 play The Tempest, which will happen at Biddulph Grange just over a week player.

The Tempest will be performed by Folksy Theatre on Friday, August 13 from 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM.

Tickets are £15 for an adult and £12 for a child. No tickets needed for under 2's.

These are the same pricing for both shows.

However, Biddulph families of two adults and two under 16's can take advantage of a family ticket.

This costs £48, saving you £6.

Please note, there will be booking fees added onto the aforementioned prices.

Folksy Theatre are a not-for-profit, UK based rural touring Theatre Company, specialising in open-air and small-mid scale theatre tours.

"We last performed at Biddulph in August 2019, with productions of The Comedy Of Errors and Mr Magnolia, said Folksy Theatre.

"We are looking forward to visiting Biddulph with The Tempest and Little Red this year."

Theatregoers are welcome to bring a picnic to eat during the performances.

Shows go on whatever the weather, so come prepared with home comforts, waterproofs, and perhaps even a bottle of wine.
