Local residents, councillors and police have been keeping local beauty spots clean by joining in with community litter picking events.
The Brown Edge Community Litter Pick took place on Saturday, 18th July from 10am - 12pm, with all local residents being invited and encouraged to join in.
Some of those taking part included local councillors Joe Porter and Keith Flunder, and PCSO Laura Peacock of Staffordshire Police's Biddulph team.
The event was organised by Brown Edge Parish Council, and the litter picking was focused on Marshes Hill Common and Knypersley Reservoir.
Social distancing and Government guidelines were maintained during the litter pick.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Great work by PCSO Peacock, Joe Porter and local volunteers helping out with a litter pick at Marshes Hill and Knypersley Pool.
"Well done all especially in the rain. Two beautiful areas to visit but please remember take your litter home."
Cllr Porter added: "Today's Brown Edge Litter Pick with Staffordshire Moorlands Police and Brown Edge Parish Council was a big success.
"Despite the weather, we had a great turnout to help make Marshes Hill Common and Knypersley Reservoir more clean and tidy for our community. Thank you all!"
