Officers had the chance to teach the future of Biddulph about the role of police in the community when they paid a visit to a local school.

Police visited the children at Oxhey First School today (Wednesday 6th April) and explained what the police are for, as well as showing the pupils some of the equipment that the police use.

They also used the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears to help teach the children about right and wrong.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "We loved attending Oxhey First School to speak to the children about what we do and showing them some of the kit we use.

"The children told us what Goldilocks did wrong by going into the three bears cottage and eating their porridge as part of their learning about right and wrong."
