New police signs to deter antisocial vehicle use in Brown Edge

New warning signs have been put up by the police to deter the antisocial use of vehicles in Brown Edge.
Police say the signs have been put up following "numerous reports from the community".
Off-road bikes have reportedly been causing a nuisance while riding around the Brown Edge area.
Nub News reported previously how owners of off-road vehicles were warned by police following reports of damage being caused to beauty spots in Brown Edge.
The signs say: "Anti-social use of vehicles has been reported.
"Warning: Anti-social use of cars and motorcycles will lead to prosecution. Vehicles will be seized without further warning pursuant to Police Reform Act section 59."
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "Following reports from the community regarding anti-social off-road bikes being ridden in the Brown Edge area, officers have patrolled the location and displayed numerous warning signs regarding Section 59 legislation over the seizure of bikes being ridden off road."
