Police have issued an appeal for help after a man was found dead at his Biddulph home.

David Broadhurst, aged 69, died at his home on Douglas Avenue on Wednesday (3rd March).

Police have now issued an appeal on behalf of the coroner's office to try and trace his family.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "Her Majesty's Coroner's Office in Stoke-on-Trent is appealing for help to trace the family of David Broadhurst, 69, who died at his home on Douglas Avenue, Biddulph, on Wednesday.

"Contact Hartshill Coroner's Office on 01782 234777 if you have any details about relatives."
