The Red Arrows are ready to make their second flight over Biddulph this afternoon, after their journey was delayed following a crash yesterday.

The Red Arrows flew just past Biddulph yesterday on their way to take part in a practice session in Wales.

They arrived at RAF Valley in Anglesey from their base at RAF Scampton at around 10am yesterday morning to take part in pre-season training on their Hawk T1 simulator.

They are due to leave Anglesey for their return trip just before 4pm yesterday, however they were grounded following a Royal Navy Hawk crash in Cornwall, meaning their return journey was delayed by one day.

However, they are now due to fly back this afternoon, and eagle eyed residents should be able to spot them if they are in the right place at the right time.

They will fly back to RAF Scampton today, leaving Anglesey at 4pm, and arriving at RAF Scampton by 4:27pm.

So if you make sure you're outside and looking to the skies at this time, you might just be able to spot them if you missed them yesterday!
