Street food, traders and community groups at exciting Biddulph Twilight Market this Friday

By Jack Lenton 1st Nov 2022

There's something for everyone at this month's Twilight Market in Biddulph with a wide range of stalls and activities to browse and get involved in.

The market is being held on Friday (4th November) from 3.30pm and there a wide range of exciting offerings have been planned.

There will be street food, cake, a bar with free hot drinks, plenty of local community groups to meet and maybe get involved in, and all kinds of local traders and independent businesses to have a browse of.

The markets are held in Biddulph Town Hall and just outside it on the High Street.

A spokesperson for Biddulph Town Council said: "The November Twilight has a lovely community feel with the Ladies Afternoon Cub, U3A and Biddulph Yarn Bombing Group selling their very talented makes.

"Finally, after various issues, we will have some hot street food available - hoorah! Along with homemade cake & local preserves.

"Darwin's pet supplies and GVB pet wear will be here with something for our furry friends.

"Feeling brave I'm also going to quickly mention the C word. The November and December Market has lots of talented independent makers and traders for you to purchase meaningful gifts from. Everything from Art, Jewellery, Children's Books, and more will be here at the Town Hall. So this year please do consider shopping small and local where possible this Christmas.

"The bar will be open, and there will be free hot drinks, milkshakes, and a book exchange from the Biddulph Local People's Group in the kitchen. Free entertainment and as always at the Town Hall a warm space to just sit and relax. We hope to see you there."
