Two arrested after Brown Edge crash causes "serious injuries"

Two men were arrested after a collision between a motorbike and a car in Brown Edge left the biker with "serious injuries".

The crash took place just before 10pm on Ladymoor Lane in Brown Edge on Sunday night.

Emergency services were called to the scene and two men, aged 22 and 27, were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. They have since been released under investigation.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police confirmed to Nub News: "They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue."

Two ambulances attended and found that the rider of the motorbike had sustained serious injuries, and was taken to hospital.

Another man, a passenger on the bike, also sustained minor injuries.

Police have asked anyone with information to call 101 and quote incident number 810 of September 5th.
