Here are the hygiene ratings for every pub and bar in the Biddulph area

Now that we are able to enjoy al-fresco dining at some of Biddulph's fine pubs, with indoor dining returning to all pubs later this month, it's important to know where you will find the best standards in terms of food hygiene.
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council inspectors ensure safety standards across the borough and dish out a rating to all food venues ranging from 0 (urgent improvement necessary) to 5 (very good).
The ratings cover the areas of food handling, cleanliness of the building and facilities, and food safety management.
We have compiled a list of all of the ratings for every establishment in Biddulph and the surrounding area designated as a 'pub/bar/nightclub' on the Food Hygiene Agency website.
So without further ado, here are all of the Biddulph pubs and their hygiene ratings. Find out how your favourite pub ranked below.
Five out of five (Very Good) - The Bradley Green (Wetherspoons), Biddulph. Last inspection: 19 June 2019 - The Staffordshire Knot, Biddulph. Last inspection: 27 November 2018 - The Foxhound, Biddulph Moor. Last inspection: 18 May 2018 - The Roaring Meg, Biddulph. Last inspection: 11 December 2020Four out of five (Good)
- Knypersley Sports Club, Biddulph. Last inspection: 16 December 2019
- The Talbot Inn, Biddulph. Last inspection: 05 September 2018
Three out of five (Generally Satisfactory) - The Rose and Crown, Biddulph Moor. Last inspection: 11 September 2019 - The Barley Mow, Biddulph. Last inspection: 07 October 2019 - Old Sam's, Biddulph. Last inspection: 23 June 2019All in all it's good news for Biddulph, as no pubs have been given a one or two out of five rating.
The majority of the nine pubs that were inspected have been given five out of five, with five Biddulph pubs receiving top marks.
Two pubs were graded four out of five, with the remaining three being given a three out of five rating.
