How many current Covid cases are there in each area of Biddulph - and how many people have now received their booster vaccine?
An interactive map on the Government website gives updated daily local stats on the current situation regarding Covid cases and vaccines.
It displays exactly how many cases there are in each area of the town as well as case rates, and the number of people who have had their vaccines, including boosters.
So what is the latest situation in Biddulph when it comes to Covid cases and jabs? We took a look at the stats to find out.
The latest available stats are for the seven days to 8 January 2022. See them below:
Biddulph Central: 166 cases - a case rate of 1,967 per 100,000 people Biddulph Moor & Rudyard: 118 cases - a case rate of 1,893 per 100,000 people Biddulph North & Brown Lees: 99 cases - a case rate of 1,325 per 100,000 peopleAs you can see from the stats, Biddulph Central is currently suffering from the most Covid cases and the highest case rate.
Biddulph North and Brown Lees is doing the best when it comes to low Covid cases and case rates.
The latest daily case rate for Staffordshire as a whole is 1,615 per 100,000 people. The case rate for England is slightly lower at 1,468 per 100,000 people.
But what about the situation when it comes to boosters and other vaccines?
The percentage of people aged 12+ who have received each vaccine up to and including 12th January can be found in full below:
Biddulph Central - First dose: 87% - Second dose: 80% - Booster: 62%Biddulph North and Brown Lees

- Booster: 74%
Biddulph Moor and Rudyard - First dose: 93% - Second dose: 89% - Booster: 76%As you can see from the stats, the most vaccinated area of Biddulph is Biddulph Moor and Rudyard, with 76% of residents having received a booster so far.
The least vaccinated area is Biddulph Central, where only 62% of residents have received a booster to date.
