This weekend will be one to remember in Biddulph with not one but two of the most exciting events on the calendar taking place on the same day!

Firstly, the Biddulph Classic Vehicle Show is returning for 2022, and will be held at 2pm on Saturday, 10th September on Biddulph High Street.

There will be prizes available for the best vehicle in each class, kindly donated by Snelson's Car Accessories.

The event is completely free if you are displaying a vehicle or just visiting to see the selection of motors on display.

And if that wasn't enough to enjoy, the second ever Biddulph Beer and Music Festival also gets underway later that day.

From 5pm - 11pm, there will be a range of local ales and ciders on offer, as well as live music over two stages.

Tickets are £7 including a commemorative glass and your first drink, and can be bought from Biddulph Town Hall or the Crafty Flanker micro-pub.

Discussing the car show, a spokesperson for Biddulph Town Council said: "Passion for the Classics? Then join us on Saturday, 10th September 2022. From 2pm we hope to line the High Street with a display of Classic Cars, Bike, Tractors, Waggons, and more. If you have a vehicle that you would like to display please get in touch to register."

And on the beer and music festival, they added: "In partnership with Biddulph Up In Arms, the 2nd Biddulph Beer & Music Festival will take place on Saturday, 10th September from 5pm following the Classic Vehicle Show.

"A range of fine local ales, ciders, and a fully stocked bar with live music over two stages.

"Come along and support a fabulous event with all proceeds going to the Mayor's Charities 2022 (Alzheimer's Research UK & Approach Dementia Support)."
