Plans well underway for Biddulph Beer Festival next month

Local News by Jack Lenton 12th Aug 2022

There are only a few weeks to go until the second ever Biddulph Beer and Music Festival gets underway.

The second instalment of the annual festival is being held on Saturday, 10th September at Biddulph Town Hall.

From 5pm - 11pm, there will be a range of local ales and ciders on offer, as well as live music over two stages.

Tickets are £7 including a commemorative glass and your first drink, and can be bought from Biddulph Town Hall or the Crafty Flanker micro-pub.

It's also a charity event, with all proceeds going to the Biddulph mayor's charities, which this year are Alzheimer's Research UK and Approach Dementia Support.

Biddulph mayor, Cllr Jim Garvey, said: "The Biddulph Beer and Music Festival will be returning to the Town Hall on Saturday 10th September at 5pm (after the classic car show on the same day).

"Tickets are £7 including a commemorative glass and your first drink, and available from the Town Hall reception or the Crafty Flanker micro pub.

"This is a charity fund raising event for this year's Mayor's Charities, Alzheimer's Research UK & Approach Dementia Support.

"Please try and support this event if you can, and help us raise loads of money for these good causes."
