Police appeal after "suspicious male" reported "knocking on doors" in Biddulph

Police have appealed for information after receiving reports of a suspicious person knocking on people's doors in Biddulph.

Police say the man was seen at around 9am yesterday (Tuesday) morning in the Park Lane area.

Officers have now asked anyone who may have any information to get in touch with them.

PCSO Sara Staples, of Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team, said: "We have been made aware of a suspicious male knocking on doors at approximately 09:00am on 26th January 2021 in the Park Lane, Knypersley area asking for directions to a local garage.

"Should you have any information please contact 101 quoting reference number 115 of the 26th January."
