Police tow abandoned car on Knowle Road

Police were present at Knowle Road on Saturday to recover a car that had been abandoned on the Biddulph street.

Officers arrived just before midday on Saturday, 15th August after being notified of the abandoned vehicle.

After arriving at the road, police then recovered the car.

Residents questioned why the car had been abandoned and whether it had been stolen, however, the police have not provided any additional information about this.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "We can confirm we were notified of a car that had been abandoned on Knowle Road in Biddulph shortly before midday on Saturday 15 August.

"It has since been recovered."
