A Biddulph nursery is teaming up with the local branch of Wetherspoons for a day of spooky fundraising to help the little ones.

Little Rockets Day Nursery, on Congleton Road in Biddulph, has joined forces with the Bradley Green Wetherspoons on Biddulph High Street to raise money for a new forestry school at the nursery.

The nursery says it is "overly excited" about the fundraiser, which will take place at the local 'Spoons on 30th October.

The fundraiser will have a Halloween theme and will run throughout the day. Staff and customers are encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes, and children are welcome to come along and join the fun.

A spokesperson for the nursery said: "Warning: we're a little overly excited about this!

"As you all know, Biddulph has just got the best community. We've always known this, but we were still absolutely blown away by Wetherspoons offering to join forces with us to help us with our fundraiser for our new forestry school!

"So on Saturday October 30th, The Bradley Green (known to you all as Spoons) will be doing a day of Halloween fun and fundraising for us!

"Please come along and show your support. Staff and customers can dress up in their best Halloween wear, bring the children along and have some fun!

"So join us and the staff at Spoons for some tricks and treats, we hope to see you all there!"
