A missing man who local residents say can often be seen in Biddulph has now been found safe and well.

Biddulph Nub News reported recently how Gary Dutton, aged 53, had been missing for a week.

He had last been seen on Old Court Street in Tunstall at around 10am on Tuesday 17 May and was reported missing later the same day.

Detectives also released a CCTV clip as part of their search.

Thankfully though, Gary has now been found.

Police have thanked everyone who helped them by sharing their appeals.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Thank you for sharing our earlier appeal for missing Gary Dutton.

"He has now been found safe and well."
