To celebrate the new partnership Nub News paid a visit to Rupeyal, where we met owner Mohammed Akhtar and got to go behind the scenes to see the team in action preparing dishes for their customers.

We also spoke to some customers to get their reviews in real time and find out why they chose Rupeyal.

One customer told us: "We've been coming here for a very long time because the food is outstanding. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and if you order a delivery it always arrives on time or before. The kids love it too because of the variety of food - we like having curries and the kids like the pizzas and burgers. I'd give it five stars."

Another added: "The food here is really good, I can't fault any of it. The curries are really nice here, and it's hard to get a good curry anywhere else in Biddulph. It's good value and some of the portion sizes are enough for two people."

They're also a hit on Google Reviews, with one online reviewer writing: "We are regular customers at Rupeyal and the food is always amazing, but last night they went above and beyond. We had a big order that was over £80, and not only was everything correct, it was also on time with only a 30-minute wait for collection and the food was absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our food last night - all 8 of us! Thank you Rupeyal, we will see you again next week."

We reported previously how Rupeyal have scored top marks in their latest food hygiene inspection, achieving a perfect score of 5 out of 5, with brand new equipment having recently been installed throughout the kitchen.
