Biddulph residents have been encouraged to put their lovingly-carved pumpkins on display over Halloween as part of a local competition.
The competition has been set up by the Chasing Rainbows Biddulph group, which was created by local residents Kayla Powell and Laura Chapman with the aim of giving the town's children fun activities to take part in during lockdown.
Since then, the group has expanded to include craft ideas, competitions, treasure hunts, and more.
The competition starts during the Autumn half-term, from Monday, 26th October.
To take part, all you have to do is display your best pumpkin carvings in your window, then post a picture of your entry to the Chasing Rainbows group. Prizes are up for grabs for the best pumpkins.
Encouraging people to take part, Kayla said: "We know Halloween might not be normal this year, so we are suggesting this.
"We hope as many people as possible will join in, so let's fill our town with pumpkins and get the children smiling."
The group are also hoping to hold a trail hunt along the Biddulph tracks, again with prizes up for grabs.
