Christmas is a busy enough time in any year, and especially so this year with the Coronavirus restrictions to factor in - so remembering any changes to bin collection dates is probably not high on many people's lists!
Fortunately though, you don't need to, as the information is now available on Staffordshire Moorlands District Council's website.
Collections of grey and blue-lidded bins which would normally fall on Christmas Day, Monday 28th December and New Year's Day have been re-arranged while brown bin collections will be suspended until the New Year.
Although the brown bin will not be collected over Christmas, residents are advised to continue putting all cooked and uncooked food waste (including vegetable peelings and bones) in their bins in preparation for the rounds to begin again.
Councillor Sav Scalise, Cabinet member for the Environment, said: "Christmas is always a busy time and, this year in particular, we all have so much to think about and plan for so we've made checking any changes to your bin collections simple.
"Details of Christmas collections are now on our website and residents with collections on Christmas Day, 28 December and New Year's Day are advised to check to see when their bins will be collected.
"Our website also has information about what goes in your bins just in case anyone needs a reminder so waste and recycling is one less thing to worry about this Christmas."
Bins must be presented by 7am on collection day.
