Tenants at a Biddulph property that had "been an issue" for the local area were kicked out after police secured a possession order.
The order was carried out this morning (Tuesday 22nd February) in what police said was a "good result for local residents".
A court can issue a possession order to give set a date for when a tenant must leave a property, which can be made for legal reasons such as rent arrears or antisocial behaviour.
If a tenant stays past the date specified in the order then they can be evicted.
Unfortunately police didn't provide any more information on where the property is located within Biddulph.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team said: "Local Moorlands Officers have assisted the local housing team in executing a Possession Order for a property at Biddulph this morning.
"It's been an issue to the locality for a while and a joint approach with other agencies has achieved a good result for local residents."
