Our client is a long-established global company supplying specialist security products for various industries worldwide.

This is a key support role, acting as the interface between various technical departments to ensure that all changes, procedures and process' are followed and accurately and correctly documented.

You will be involved in projects at all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept generation, new product introduction and continuous improvement in manufacture.

• Responsible for accuracy document control
• Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure the proposed changes are correct and conform to requirements and standards.
• Ensure changes conform to industry standard requirements.
• Responsible for the management and administration of the manufacturing database with respect to part life cycle, product structure, vendor information, etc.
• Write and update necessary procedures to document configuration requirements.

Requirements

• Strong project and people management skills.
• Proven years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the field of documentation control.
• Must be computer literate in particular with strong Excel skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
