One year since the first lockdown was introduced, many things that millions of people around the country used to do without a second thought, week in, week out, have now become just memories for many.

Going to the restaurant or the pub, meeting up with family and friends, and going to concerts and sports events are things we all miss and want to return to as soon as possible.

And with the roadmap out of lockdown moving along, many are hoping that a return to some kind of normal life will become a reality soon.

With this in mind, Biddulph residents have told us their last memories of "normal" life before lockdown.

Biddulph and the rest of the country were first put into lockdown in March 2020 - how many of us expected that we would still be in lockdown more than a year later?

As we eagerly anticipate a return to freedom, we have put together a compilation of some of your comments reminiscing about your last memories of a time before Coronavirus restrictions had such a huge impact on our lives.

Take a look through the memories of the people of Biddulph below...
