Biddulph has again been 'yarn-bombed' over the weekend, and this time there are more lovely knitted creations than ever brightening up the town centre.

The area around the town hall has been 'yarn bombed', this time as part of the Biddulph Festival, which has a wide range of all kinds of events happening in the town throughout July.

A growing trend all over the country, yarn bombing involves covering objects or structures in public places with decorative knitted or crotcheted material, as a form of street art.

We reported previously how the town was also yarn bombed as part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year.

Look through the gallery of pics below, taken by local photographer Caroline Boon, to see how the town centre has been transformed following the latest yarn bombing.
