Three "suspicious" men seen looking into cars on Biddulph street

Police are appealing for information after three men were reportedly seen acting suspiciously on a Biddulph street.

Officers say the trio were seen looking down people's driveways, over garden fences and into people's cars.

Police believe the incident occurred at around 7am on Friday morning (6th November), on Charles Street and William Avenue.

The public have now been asked to contact the police if they saw anything suspicious on the street at this time.

PCSO Stephen Sherratt, of Staffordshire Police's Moorlands team, said: "At approx. 07:00 hrs on 06/11/2020 three males were seen acting suspiciously in and around the Charles Street, William Avenue areas of Biddulph.

"They were seen looking up and down peoples driveways, garden fences and into cars.

"Description given as two males were rather tall and one was a bit smaller, he was wearing a white coat and white bobble hat.

"If you saw anything suspicious please call Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident 113 06/11/2020."
